1. Position: Call Centre Agents ( CCA) – Expected

Qualification :A Graduate or above in Agriculture or allied disciplines like, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Dairying, Fisheries, Poultry, Bee Keeping, Sericulture, Aquaculture, Agri. Engg, Agri. Marketing, Biotechnology, Home Science etc., from a recognized Agriculture/Horticultural/Veterinary University.
Job Profile: Primarily responsible for answering farmers queries on agriculture and allied subjects, on a telephone call in farmers own dialect and refer the caller to higher level experts in conference call if unable to answer a query. The job involves working on shifts . during 6 AM to 10.00 PM. The KCCs will operate on all days including Sundays and Holidays.
Salary: Rs.15,000/- PM (Consolidated). PF,ESI as per rules
Fluency in the local language/dialect of the State/Location applied for..
Proficiency in Computer
Desirable 1 year experience in agriculture and/or allied sectors.
2. Position: Call Centre Supervisor (CCS)- Expected
no of vacancies:20
Qualification: A Post Graduate or higher qualification in Agriculture or Allied Sciences
Job Profile: To supervise the working of the Call Centre Agent apart from performing the duties as a Call Centre Agent. Also responsible for liaising with different stakeholders in resolving issues for smooth functioning of the KCC.The job involves working on shifts . during 6 AM to 10.00 PM. The KCCs will operate on all days including Sundays and Holidays
Salary: Rs.18000/- PM (Consolidated). PF As per rules.
