HPCL is planning to augment its refining capacity by revamping its existing refineries and by putting up new grass root refineries to become self-sufficient in refining capacity. To meet the challenges of
these upcoming projects and to operate these facilities, the existing project team is being augmented by recruiting following engineers:

Pay Scale:Rs.29,100 – 54,500 for salary grade “B” and Rs. 32,900 – 58,000 for salary grade “C”

Selection Process:
Candidates fulfilling all of the above criteria (based on scrutiny of the application and resume), will be called for written test and or personal interview. Corporation may consider conducting written test /proficiency test basis the no. of eligible applications received for a particular position. However,written test/ proficiency test score will be solely used for shortlisting candidates for Personal Interview for the respective position.
