How To Apply:
Step 1:Select Examination Group (A, B, C1 or C2) and fill relevant application form.After submitting your details, Computer Generates a Registration Number. Note down the Registration Number for future Reference. Important: If a Registration Number is already generated in your name, do not fill the form again. If more than one Application is Registered in your name, all the applications may be rejected.
Step 2:Payment through banks: Print Bank e-Challan for Fee payment through Syndicate Bank or State Bank of India (After fee payment note down Journal Number issued by Bank); Or
Payment through Credit/Debit Cards / Net Banking: Make Fee Payment through Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking (Note your Transaction id)
Step 3:Submit Fee Payment Details online, on confirmation of successful authentication, print the Application Form.
Step 4:Affix Photograph, left hand thumb impression of the candidate and signatures of both the candidate and parent / guardian in the space provided and send the completed application form to Chairman OJEE by Registered Post or Speed Post, superscribing the envelop “ODISHA JEE-2013 Application Form” to:

Examination Fee Pay Procedure:
I.Bank Challan :
1.Student should complete the Online application form submission.
2.Student will get unique Registration Number
3.Using the Registration Number studen can download Challan
4.Choose the Bank where the student wants to submit Examination Fee
5.Download the challan using Unique Registration number obtained during online application form submission.
6.After download the challan, pay the fee in Respective Bank (Syndicate Bank / Statee Bank of India Branches)
7.Wait for 24 hours to update the Bank challan payment details in OJEE Database
8.Visit website www.odishajee2013.com take the print out of online submission form by entering Journal No obtained from the Bank.
9.Affix photograph, Sign the signature and place left hand thumb impression and sent the application form to OJEE
II.Debit / Credit card/Net Banking :
1.Student should complete the Online application form submission.
2.Student will get unique Registration Number
3.Using the Registration Number studen can download Challan
4.If you choose to make payment using Debit / Credit card mode, go through the Instruction booklet / User Guide carefully and be ready with ALL the required mandatory details given below .
5.Note down the “Payment reference number” generated in the screen before proceeding for payment and also note down the “Transaction Id” generated after successful payment. These two Ids are necessary for future correspondence.
6.During the payment process don’t click the Back/Refresh buttons or don’t close the browser page abruptly.
7.After successful payment through Debit/Credit Card, a “Transaction Id” is generated and displayed on the screen. Then proceed to fill the online application by clicking the button “Proceed to fill Online Application Form”.

Selection Procedure:
(a) Phase-I: Written Examination (250 marks) consisting of Objective Tests and Descriptive Test.
(i) Objective Tests: (200 marks) The Objective Tests with 2 hour duration will consists of 4 Sections with 50 marks each as follows:
(a) Test of English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc)
(b) Test of General Awareness, Marketing and Computers
(c) Test of Data Analysis and Interpretation
(d) Test of Reasoning (High Level)
The candidates are required to qualify in the Objective Tests by securing passing marks, in each of the tests, to be decided by the Bank on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level for each category.
(ii) Descriptive Test: (50 marks) The Descriptive Test with 1 hour duration will be of “Test of English Language (comprehension, short précis, letter writing & essay)”.
The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing passing marks, to be decided by the Bank.
Descriptive Test paper of only those candidates will be evaluated who have scored qualifying marks in the Objective Tests as stated above in (i).
(b) Phase-II: Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)
The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in both the Objective Tests and Descriptive Test will be arranged in descending order in each category and the candidates in the order of merit, subject to 3 times the number of vacancies in each category, will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
(c) Final Selection:The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase-I and Phase-II separately.Marks secured by the candidates in the Written Test (out of 250 marks maximum) are converted to out of 75 and marks secured in Group Discussion & Interview (out of 50 marks maximum) are converted to out of 25.The final merit list is arrived at after aggregating converted marks of Written Test and Group Discussion & Interview out of 100 for each category.The selection will be made from the top merit ranked candidates in each category.Results of the candidates who have qualified for Phase II and thereafter,the list of candidates finally selected will be available on the Bank’s website.
How To Apply:
Candidates will be required to register themselves online first through the Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. After which candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through one of the following mode:-
i.Offline Mode (the system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the candidate’s details which will be required to be presented at any State Bank of India counter with the requisite fee.On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of the online application will be complete).
ii.Online Mode (the payment can be made by debit card/ credit card/ internet banking.
Pre-requisites for Applying Online
Candidates should have valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letter/interview advices etc. by e-mail.
OPTION-I: PAYMENT OF FEE (OFFLINE):
I.Candidates should first scan their photograph and signature as detailed under guidelines for scanning the photograph and signature.
II.Candidates to visit Bank’s website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and open the appropriate Online Application Format available in the ‘Recruitment link’.
III.Fill the application carefully.Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data.In the event of the candidate not able to fill the data in one go, he can save the data already entered. When the data is saved, registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.Candidate should note down the registration number and password.They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only.Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data and take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately.No change/ edit will be allowed thereafter.The registration at this stage is provisional.
IV.Fee Payment: Fee payment will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days at any branch of State Bank of India.System generated fee payment challan will be used for depositing fee.Once fee paid, the registration process is completed.
V.Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after three working days from the date of payment of fees.Please ensure to furnish correct Mobile number/e-mail address to receive the registration confirmation.
VI.Three days after fee payment,candidates will also have provision to reprint the submitted application containing fee details.The printout of the application form and fee receipt should be retained with the candidate. It will have to be submitted at the time of interview if called for.
OPTION-II: PAYMENT OF FEES [ONLINE PAYMENT] :
I.FOLLOW STEPS i) to iii) GIVEN UNDER OPTION-I ABOVE.
No fee payment challan will be generated. Fee payment will have to made online through payment gateway available thereat.
II.After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form candidates are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application, following the instructions available on the screen. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.
III.The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment will be borne by the candidates.
IV.On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated; which may be printed for your record.
V.If the online transaction is not successfully completed, then please register again and make payment online.
